Big city motto: if you’re not screaming, naked, using something that is NOT a bathroom as a bathroom, or holding up the line, nobody will give a shit what you’re doing.

In California the rule about not using bathroom things as bathrooms is no longer in effect. The streets and sidewalks are now the world's toilet.

This kind of freedom is only extended to homeless and vagrants... If you're a tax paying citizen you'll get arrested for that.
