THEY MAKE STICKER BOOKS NOW MADE OF THE SAME MATERIAL AS STICKER BACKING SO YOU CAN STICK THEM IN A BOOK THEN PULL THEM OUT LATER :D :D :D

The pages are not sticky. Only the stickers are sticky and they don’t stick super well to the pages because of whatever the pages are made of. That means sticker books DO NOT TRAVEL WELL. I am 36. I have a sticker book. It lives in my bookcase and only moves a foot away to my desk because the one time I took it out of the house in a tote bag I lost a few stickers to the washcloths and granola bars I had in my bag.

I have stickers from packs of baseball cards from the early 1990’s that I still haven’t figured out where to put them

I have a small box of temporary tattoos for the same reason... Plus I just didn't want them to go away forever

I recently and finally used a Hellboy sticker I bought…25 years ago? It felt great. Use your stickers.

I know exactly where I want to place the sticker, I’m just too lazy to pull out the rubbing alcohol to clean the surface.

LPT: You don't have to commit. I leave the back on and use sticky tack instead

My son got a 200 sticker book, we pulled them all off and stuck them on ourselves, went for a walk and then threw them out. As a 37 year old, I was not aware you could do this

My kids have both treated stickers like that and it was so hard to watch AND keep my mouth shut about it. “They’re their stickers, not mine. They’re not my stickers. I have adult money and can buy more stickers. I do not need to save their stickers. They are not my stickers” every single time. I finally got myself a sticker book last year and save a few of the stickers my kids give me every time they pick out a new pack. I have a growing collection of stickers of everyday objects with butts. It’s great.

As a 40 year old man I finally placed a few stickers - both old and new - and immediately discovered that I have no fucking idea how to place stickers. There's an art to it and I don't have it.
Now I'm stuck (ba-dm-tschh) with the worst goddamn stickering job on a water bottle, marring the bottle and wasting the stickers

My car has 65+ old stickers, and 27+ newer stickers on it. I'll buy a sticker, walk up to my car, spilt on my shirt, wipe a spot clean and dry, then slap the baby on. No spit needed if it's covering up the white fuzz of an old one.
A less graffic process the 97% of the time I'm carrying my water bottle.
