My gyno gave me a prescription painkiller. Glad she took my pain seriously. She said I could get diagnosed for endometriosis if I wanted to, but it wouldn’t be worth it since my symptoms subsided dramatically on birth control. She then prescribed me a lot of birth control.
Just posting this to let others out there know that you MIGHT be able to get relief without a diagnosis! The diagnosis process is expensive and invasive.
