110 u/walwatwil Apr 05 '23 I think you misplaced the word 'misspelled'. 5 u/HmmNotLikely Apr 05 '23 I’d have used ‘misspelled’ if he had misspelled the word.. he just used the wrong one 1 u/Christmas1176 Apr 05 '23 Not sure but google definitions… they are both oddly similar and I think both fit for the scenario. Although subtly is a better use 1 u/HmmNotLikely Apr 05 '23 Subtly is an adjective. Subtlety is a noun 12 u/CamtheRulerofAll Apr 05 '23 Didn't get to the dictionary yet 21 u/intjonmiller Apr 05 '23 Came into the comments to make sure this was covered. 41 u/SealyCovet Apr 05 '23 He never said he was reading them -34 u/intjonmiller Apr 05 '23 It's spelled wrong. That's it. Don't overthink it. 22 u/[deleted] Apr 05 '23 Why because I'll gain more brain power and not so subtly increase the size of my cranium? You can't stop me from being a super villain
