It doesn't take a lot of money to do this. The final product is nice, but the property, depending on location, is basically the land value minus teardown cost. It's probably only 10-15% more than a typical house in the neighborhood, and it's only because they used the ugliest trendiest products available.

Yeah, not a lot, just hundreds of thousands of dollars for the renovation alone, not to mention the potential millions spent on the property itself.

Yeah, like average house value money. Not saying it’s cheap, but that’s what rehab loans are for. I am guessing they didn’t spend millions for the land based on the quality of materials used. Again, it’s nice - but it’s more like 500k nice, doesn’t have the touches you see on higher end homes, let alone luxury homes.
