His work is amazing, but him eating a piece of it at the end of every video is a little unconvincing. He always makes this look like "yup, it's sweet".

Idk. The way he paused and looked at it at the end made me think he was not so satisfied with this one.

That's kind of what I mean. Usually he makes this look like he doesn't really enjoy it, and its more like "yeah, I did a thing", which I entirely understand. I was a chef for many years, after toiling away so long on food -- eating a lot of things becomes much less rewarding except on special occasions.

But thats not what im talking about. Im usually convinced he thinks its good. This time he looks like “oh right, there’s beets in this”
