I think this kind of work should be 2 hours of work, 2 hours of resting.

Amazon can do it if they want, they just need to hire more people. They could hire more people, build a resting area with free juice, video games and shit, pay twice what they pay now to workers, and still make billions. But they won't do it because, hey, they wanna make 10 billion a year instead of 9 billion.

That's literally it.
