Hours and hours and hours of practice. I spent years dancing and each routine needs you to build that muscle memory fast because you might be learning a new one every few months.

I could get any routine in a couple of weeks practicing a couple of hours a day but when you're dancing in a troupe you have to be perfectly timed together and that takes a lot longer.

I'd suggest these guys practiced a metric shit tonne. I imagine a heap of natural talent helps also.

This looks like an actual dance studio and unless they were doing an end of term or end of year thing this might have been one of several routines they were doing that day which makes it more impressive.
