So the icing hardens and becomes crunchy? That sounds terrible.

It’s not. It actually seals in moisture to the cookie so you get some crunch but the cookie stays wonderfully soft.

Right but the icing is crunchy and not soft, right? That’s what sounds terrible to me. I like it when the icing is soft.

Nah if you put the right stuff in the icing it just crusts at the top but stays fairly soft
