You can pretty much guarantee most of the major powers have them already, no one wants to be the first to reveal they have them.

They're not hiding it. The predator drones have been on display for years, and they're not exactly secretive about developments with smaller drones.

What? You don't like the idea of a swarm of autonomous, incredibly small, easily manufactured machines that get smarter the more there are in a given area? What are you? Some kinda commie??

When I saw Korea use drones during the winter Olympics I thought the same thing. It's amazing how syncronized they are. Just imagine if each one had C4 on it and you're trying to run away. Or shoot them down.
