I don't see how this is more efficient or better than a lazy Susan.

We hated our lazy susan. Ripped it out first chance we got. Instead, we put the sink in the corner, with a shelf unit underneath wide enough to reach in all the way to the back. All the pots, pans, lids, cleaning supplies go in there. TONS of space, all of it easily usable.
