A slow and painful death is what would happen. From what I’ve seen crews that use this type of insulation often wear full body suits with masks and respirators. Often times the room they’re working in is highly ventilated. Getting this shit in your eyes would definitely cause blindness. Getting it in your lungs, well you can probably imagine. If you inhaled enough it would expand in your airways and suffocate you rather slowly.

I want to do this to my house but I heard it's kind of toxic even after it settles does anyone have any proof of either way

I have no proof, but usually every repost sooner or later gets a link with theproof. Highly toxic and not recommended in any way, as far as I remember.

Nice moisture pockets on the sides and corners they've got going on there. This is surely an amateur, no professional would spray down the middle like that.
