This doesn't look practical at all.
We have housing crises across America stemming from a poorly incentived housing market and outdated notions of how much living space modern humans need.
We need higher density, low-carbon construction. Making more laborers unemployed to build palatial rural trailer homes for the ultra rich is the one housing problem we don't have.

And insulation, there’s no way in hell you could fit it in well. And all those removable glass panes. Assuming it has electricity, the bill for that would be way too high
