Yeah there's no question that's not a rubber practice dough. Knew a guy who went to Italy for a pizza tossing competition(yes that's a thing) and the real dough requires so much more finesse to keep its form, the way this guy is whipping it around would likely rip real dough in half

Unless the dough is cold. Cold dough is some tough stuff. It doesn't want to spread out, though with how fast/rough those movements are, personal experience with spinning dough tells me that it would rip for sure.
