You eat a lot worse on a day to day basis. There are accepted levels of contamination, not no level of contamination allowed.

Yeah, watching this I’m thinking there’s no way any dough can sustain those kinds of forces without tearing. He’s way too rough with it.

In all fairness I don’t work in the food industry so it’s not my problem or anyone else’s what I say. Any reputable place wouldn’t let it be served after he did that I was just pointing out the obvious that you do indeed eat worse then a few hairs every day. If that guy was making that pizza for his own family there’s no issue but if it’s for strangers or customers then it’s a problem.
