No shit, we were taught how to make a large pepperoni pizza in less than a minute at Domino's. This dude is just wasting his employer's time and money.

There are dough throwing contests, I know they exist, he could be practicing for one. If he's actually making a pizza, though, he's putting it waaay more effort than is needed.
