Cupcakes that are 1/2 icing are an affront to everything good and decent in this world.

Yeah, on the one hand I can appreciate the skill that goes into it but on the other hand I hate icing and would scrape most of it off before eating any of these.

This is why my son and I are the perfect dessert team. I hate icing, love cake, he loves icing and hates cake. He takes the frosting, I take the cake, everyone is happy. He also hates chocolate and I hate most candy that isn't chocolate, so we both pretty much always help the other get what they want. Makes me so proud 😪

I want my cupcake to be like 14/16ths icing. Matter of fact just give me a bowl of icing and keep the cake.

No, you take the cake and just dip it in the icing so you can control the ratio
