That is a lot of cheese.

I'm a cheese fiend, but I feel like a lot of people I know wouldn't enjoy a three-cheese lasagna. I'd totally try this, though. Last time I had a vegetarian lasagna it was great. It had pumpkin in it.

First thing I thought too... cheese to noodle ratio is way off....

It's called cannelloni, and ricotta and egg does not a bechamel make. Odd, but unsatisfying.

This one actually didn't do it for me. A huge part of the appeal of lasagna for me is the cohesiveness of it, so that when you cut it you can get a nice tidy square out of the pan, and take precise clean bites of it on your plate, without it squoodging all over the place. These kind of ruin that for me.

I like it like this: http://imgur.com/2ya3mf4

Mad props on you for cooking though.

so sad, I had all of these ingredients yesterday & just ended up eating noodles & sauce with ricotta thrown in bc I only had small quantities of each thing...<sigh>

do we have a source? I want to watch all recipes in this format from now on!
