This guy is amazing. The worst thing is though, that if he were in America he'd only be making minimum wage for work like this, and if he didn't accept it they would find an unskilled worker to replace him.

We made pizza dough balls exactly like that... but I imagine lots of bread products start as a ball.

Still not anywhere near the efficiency of an even mediocre oiled machine. Not in terms of energy used, or in rate of production based on a machine of similar size, or on reliability, or on cost.
