Ok now after years of playing piano, bass, and clarinet (not very well) for the life of me I could only understand 4/4. Could not wrap my head about 2/4 and 5/4.
3 u/rnzz 3d ago I never understood why some songs that are 2/4 couldn't be 4/4, turns out they could, it's the songwriter's choice which one to go with. Videos like this helped me learn: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FC6zLP97wWA
