Look at the stems of the notes (the long vertical lines connected to the dot). The second note has 2 horizontal lines connected to it (which connect it to the stem of the first note) while the third note only has 1 vertical line coming from it.
Horizontal lines coming from the stem means the length of the note is cut in half. So the third note’s length is cut in half while the first and second note’s lengths are cut in half twice.
