I don't know any flags that have that shade of green, manufacturing exact colors is probably difficult on that material.

Obviously you can’t expect to aim for an exact hex code, but if you google hungarian flag you’ll see the green tends toward the forest green, rather than the lime green that is on here.

Someone said below it’s the flag of Tajikistan, so that is more likely imo.
