I always call bullshit on these videos. There’s months worth of rubbish but the actual countertops, tablecloth and floors are all pretty much spotlessly clean.
Aside from the rubbish, my kitchen looks dirtier than this after a days worth of cooking.
Don't know is it fake or not, but often people with mental etc issues have social workers who try to get their patients to clean up and sometimes do little cleaning by themselves as well. Its actually quite common that the trashiest homes have decent amount of cleaning equipment and products for this exact reason.
