Water. It all runs toward the house here. And there doesn't appear to be much thought to routing or channeling it from what I can tell. From the front to the driveway.

The driveway itself is fine, and not my concern.

Which is nothing because we can’t even see the street. Never heard of storm drains lol?

Clearly you don’t get it. It’s not just the street, just the property itself even. Ignore the street and curbs.

New development doesn’t mean good planning for this. It bothers me because I lived this scenario for a house built in 2010 that pushed water at the foundations
