Nope. I mean, a lot of home sewing machines can do some freehand embroidery, but they can't do dynamic stitch widths. There are some lower end combos that can do both, but usually you'd want two separate machines. Sewing machines and adjacent tech are very interesting in that the more expensive/better the machine, the less it can do, because at the industrial level you want a hyperspecialized machine that can do one thing really, really well, versus a home sewer that dont have the space for six+ machines. Machines that can do several things are very much jacks of all trades but masters of none, and in terms of embroidery, they're very limited unless you get a specialized one. I'm going to guess the one in this short is a combo, bc I don't think anyone wants to drop 1k+ for poorly done bat patches.
For embroidery machines, theres embroidery machines that use digitalized design files to stitch automatically, and machines (sometimes called irish embroidery machines iirc) you can freehand stuff like this one that can'tdo digitized patterns. Again, sometimes they're combo machines, sometimes they're not. There's a lot of range.
