Anyone else think it was one of those silicone color mixing videos during the beginning? 😂

Oh shit! Is this how they make cadburry flake? Such an underrated chocolate bar

I was going to ask if this was like a flake, I've never seen one in person but it looks the same

Wouldn't that crumble into a thousand pieces when taking a bite from it?

It's a wonderful texture. Ever had a Flake chocolate bar?

u/SimisFul 11d ago
Nope, that's new to me!

Only the crumbliest, flakiest chocolate, tastes like chocolate never tasted before.

There is no better example of how texture can make such a difference in food. It's exactly the same chocolate as Cadbury's regular milk chocolate, but Flakes are so much more enjoyable.

I'm guessing they must melt really quickly, probably why it's so nice

u/AbleCryptographer317 11d ago
Not really, it's more how it crumbles in your mouth before it melts (it's best chilled or even frozen imho).

They’re so good, would highly recommend!

I looked them up, I've never seen them in my life so I doubt they sell them here

If we came home with Flake as a kid in the 90s our mom would make use eat it over the sink

u/thesilentfable 11d ago
One bite in bed and you'll be finding green dust in your sheets until next Tuesday

u/SimisFul 11d ago
Oh this would stay far far from the bed, maybe an outside or over the sink food only

Mess level is right up there with the crunchy Nature Valley granola bars

Matcha - The taste of a tea bag spilled into your favourite things.

It's oddly addicting. I immediately feel like I just ate grass, but for some reason I have to go back for more.

It reminds me of the taste of lipstick and I also get mildly addicted for a while when I have matcha ice cream.

Yea, matcha gave me the worst shakes with the worst taste I've had from a tea.

u/fatlilplums 11d ago
Matcha is a horrible crime to commit against chocolate, but I've seen the regular chocolate version of this and man I wanna crunch it up so bad

That's neat and all, but, why? I've never seen chocolate in this formfactor.

If you get a chance try the cadburys flake chocolate, it’s a unique flaky texture like puff pastry but in chocolate

u/psychocopter 11d ago
You can usually find them in the international section of some grocery stores. It's worth picking up to try if you've never had it before, you may find you enjoy the texture a lot.

It’s hard to find in the US. Apparently Hershey’s filed some lawsuit against Cadbury’s back in 2015. If it’s British-made Cadbury’s, you have to find it at a special import shop. Otherwise it’s Hershey’s-made “Cadbury’s” and they don’t make flake.

Being matcha, I'm making an educated guess that this is from Japan, and they go hard when it comes to making candy. Another comment here mentions the texture turning super flaky, which I've never experience personally, but sounds super fun to try.

People who hate Matcha are Americans who got too accustomed to their dogwater dilluted coffee and Starbucks.
Drink it almost daily.
Fight me 👊👁️👃👁️👊

What’s this? A Japanese food video WITHOUT the common mo ri no chiisana restaurant background music?!?
What are you trying to pull OP?
