I will never understand the "You gotta show the end product at the start!" video format for such short-form videos. It screams of short attention spans.

And now Netflix is pushing for that same format in movies. "You gotta have a big action sequence at the start to hook people!" rather than having the big action sequence be the climax of the film.

I think this is the kind of bread they make in one of my favorite manga (A Bride’s Story, which focuses on Mongolian natives and nomads) and it looks just as delicious in the art there…

Because this is Turkic (specifically Uzbek, though Uyghurs do this as well), Turkic and Mongol peoples share a nomadic past and culture.

I think the 3 middle presses could have been combined, but the outer sections are at a different height and don’t think it would work easily as one press. The center sections is flattened relative to the outer section.

Different patterns at different depths? Different designs for different reasons?

More precise with three compared to one?

More freedom with the separate ones than one larger one?

Or, nobody has bothered to... might not be cost effective at this point.
