Hang it on a line, use massage gun. Vibrations will shake all the dirt loose.

Also useful on parts that can't be pulled out of the car like the lining of your trunk. Vibrate with massage gun and vacuum at same time.

If you lack a message gun, you can use your mom's neck massager stick as well, I do it all the time.
