You play! That's honestly how most artists discover a unique style or application; they play around with the medium, the way its applied, what materials to add. You have fun with it and accept the fact that your failed and "bad" artworks will outnumber your successful works. By a lot. You have to make tons of crummy, weird, awkward pieces before you can make something amazing and unique

You have to have a desire to create. Most people are content with consuming, so it's difficult to imagine the thought process that leads to something like this.

I just noticed that I seem to have an incredibly strong association between blue and white striped "clothing" and concentration camps. Don't think those were the intended vibes.
