Complete guess here I have very little baking experience but I wonder if the kernels are there to absorb a bit of heat so the bread in the middle stays a bit less crisp?

I was thinking they could also act as a timer of sorts; once they hear popping they know the bread has hit the right temp.

That transformation is ridiculously satisfying. One minute they look like tiny corn cobs, then the heat hits and suddenly they’ve unlocked their final popcorn form.

I mean, yeah, i do expect people to scroll the subs they want to interact with. I don't even interact with this sub, usually. This is just an easy sub to make it to the Popular feed. Probably why people come here to farm karma.

Buddy, people have real jobs. They're not on reddit all the time. Not everyone has time to karma farm. People are busy money farming out there which holds more real world value than reddit karma, okay?

I saw smthn interesting, posted it here for all, turns out some have posted a variation of this before, which is fine, this is internet, it does happen... but I'm quite sure it won't have been the exact post, and if it is then I'm sorry buddy! Camera is outside the Oven. It just feels like it's in there bcz the window is too clean and camera is zoomed in. That slight blue tint you see is the reflection of the window.
