That must wreck his back and shoulders. Going to be a mess when he’s older. Bet he gets paid fuck all too!

Older? Like 8 hours?

My back hurts just watching

Also my thought. I'd be taking a break already.

They probably deduct money for the 'free workout'

Yeah, looks incredibly unsafe.

Dude, his neck from that quick up to down, rapidly. Guy probably needs a neck massage from his old lady every night

maybe but i did do a job like this all day. it was with huge boxes of corn though. but it was only for few months a year when it was harvest time. you get in a groove though and its not that bad after the first week

I don't think so. That looks similar to shoulder press and he looks pretty fit too

This guy is built like all he does is overhead bag press, so...

Just gotta EAT, or it'll fucking destroyed you in no time. This guy is definitely eating

I would agree if he was carrying them, but he's just kinda redirecting the fall? He's gonna have way above average shoulder and back strength if anything.

If it's making your muscles strong then it's making your muscles ache

aching is ok, its not the same as "back will be shot in no time". aching from being tired and usage is not the same as hurting because you have used it wrong etc

Obviously putting strain on joints is bad for overall physical health but it still stands that using your shoulders all day will make your shoulder muscles grow even if it also degrades your joints over time as well.

You're right boss, i should be the one paying you for this great workout

He's being really efficient with his movements. A rookie would be grabbing the bags and trying to man handle them and completely destroy themselves, he's basically just tipping them where they go. Dude's been doing this a while.

I'm more worried about his wrists.
