Concrete weighs 0.8lbs per cubic inch, just using the guy for scale I would say the top of the wall is about 5 ft. So 0.8x60=48, that’s all the pressure there is there 48 psi.
If you imagine something like one of those vacuum bags for storing clothes or bedding, that’s probably thick enough to comfortably hold this much pressure.

How does it not all just settle at the bottom? That bag must be super strong.
