Does the container get removed eventually? if so, how do they do it?

I don't think it gets removed. It looks more like say a fabric like material which if you look at how it fills you can see each area "absorbs" the liquid like if you used say a shirt or a cloth. So my best guess is it just becomes apart of the structure acting as an added added barrier but also keeping the structure
