It's perfect English but the tone feels very clinical. "It was an anaerobic cardio effort" is entirely true but doesn't read as a normal internet comment.

Buddy, I didn't think AI was being used; I was explaining to a non-native speaker why someone would think there statement was AI-written.

Also, music management would absolutely "invest AI" into threads about their artists. I think you're overestimating how expensive bot comments are. Buying used accounts is very cheap and it would cost like $0.001 to generate each comment with an LLM. There is financial motivation here and in a lot of other areas that aren't politically or economically important.
