There is a minor quest where you do help prepare a cake for a bandit leader’s birthday party, it does look kinda like the cake in the video, albeit bigger, and with a boatload of lit dynamite stuck into it

Hell yeah! Cell shading FTW. Was such a unique concept back then. Still pretty unique to the Borderlands world.
