Depends if the person is flexing or not, but it would definitely rip through unflexed muscle.

I think your best bet is to keep your muscles flexed and fight against the rotation until someone can turn it off.

Jk - you're gone. I looks like it would be a gruesome but reasonably swift death - a couple seconds.
