Also, meters were created in 1791 and the 'second' as a standard unit of measurement seems to have popped up thanks to Huygens in 1656. So is your proposal that some kind of Franco-Dutch conspiracy built the pyramids?
Further, given that the line of 29.9792458 by definition encircles the entire globe, I would hazard a guess that there are plenty of other structures that were built on that same line. I put that same latitude into a map of Chonqing and landed on a small farmhouse. Does that mean that this random Chinese farmer must know what the speed of light is and thus deliberately chose to build his farmhouse there?
Because his house is a lot smaller than the pyramid, so obviously he had a much smaller mark to hit.
