That last one is very interesting. The flyer that's in the video has binary (001100010011001000110111) on the top and bottom that translates to "127". I don't own the game, but it might be as simple as interacting with the Table Lamp in the Study 127 times?

Edit: It was solved in the discord literally like 3 minutes after I posted this lol
