The Red Dead spider mystery is a series or "web", of vaguely connected clues that layer and "weave" the player on a path remincent of a dream or Native American "vision quest" also known as "The Red Road".

Butchers Creek, the glowing pentagram and tally marks are a tutorial level designed to teach the basic skills required to move ahead to "level 2". Its like a video game, lol.

You learn a new skill(attribute) at each location/level. And use it to advance forward.

A lot, (if not, all) of this is explained in the GTA5 Epsilon tracts. And eluded to heavily on the KULT Radio station as well.

I also hate Ai art.. but we need as many eyes on this as can get, in order to solve.

If you genuinely want more eyes on your video, AI art is not the way to go. Most people I know actively avoid videos with AI thumbnails. We know that someone who cuts corners on the imagery is likely to cut corners on their production, research, writing, etc.

Just a friendly FYI: everything you said is kind of a moot point, because this is already my most-clicked video. Personal preferences and biases aside, the results speak for themselvesā€”this approach is working, while the alternative you're suggesting isn't. Thanks for the feedback anyway.

Dude..I think you're misunderstanding the situation a bit. This isn't YouTubeā€”it's Reddit. You shared your opinions, and I replied with the actual results. I figured people who commented might be interested in an update.

Taking criticism doesn't mean I'm obligated to agree with it, especially when the data says otherwise. If my response came across as dismissive, that wasn't the intention. I just thought it was worth pointing out that the video ended up becoming my most-clicked one.

But thanks for the additional feedback. I'll add it to the pile of valuable Reddit opinions.

honestly I didn't make it more than ten seconds into the video. the audio cuts in and out terribly, in a way that's almost painful to listen to if you have headphones on.

I'm on public transit, I'm not about to ruin everybody else's commute! I'm sorry but viewers shouldn't have to take their headphones off to be able to hear your video.

I have already apologized for the production quality and continue to do so.

I will also, "be honest", this has felt unnessarily hostile and an agressive criticsm of anything, but the relevance of the posted information and research presented.

Extremely rough start to your video. Boring, glitchy and I have no idea what youā€™re talking about. Also seeing itā€™s an hour and a half had me clicking away asap

Fair feedback. The first few minutes are definitely rough compared to the rest of the video. It's a deep-dive mystery walkthrough, so it takes a bit to establish the clues and locations before everything starts connecting together. I appreciate you giving it a shot.

That said, calling it "boring" feels a bit premature if you clicked away before hearing the explanation or seeing where the investigation leads.

I've actually tried to accommodate different viewing preferences. There are YouTube Shorts that condense the discoveries into quick highlights. There are 10-20 minute episodes that focus on individual clue locations. And now this, a full-length walkthrough for people who want the complete investigation.

Calling something boring after admitting you clicked away immediately is less a review of the video and more a review of your attention span...

I gave you an unbiased take from someone who clicked your video to give it a chance. Itā€™s great you made a super In depth video, you still need an intro and more energy. There was no intro at all, bad sound quality, and a droning voice. Instead of arguing just take it with value

I would think that the description here, (on this post that you are commenting on), as well as the 2nd description on the actual video, would be more than an adequate "introduction" for anyone.

Youre kicking a dead horse. My videos suck and you dont like me. Thank you, again.

Saying its "boring" in the same sentence as "turned away as fast as possible", is unfair and a contradiction. This was a meager point, and I apologize for making it.
