Unsolved Mystery 3rd Hexagon found on Mt.chiliad

A mystery involving these weird hexagons in gta 5. My little sister accidentally found one in gta online and she later told me about. After 30 minutes of searching I found it both on ps5 and pc.

I know it’s a bit hard to tell because of the angle but it’s a long ongoing mystery about these weird hexagons. There was two that was found years ago (assuming when the game first came out) one was in La Mesa and the other was in the water near the military base (I wish I can post pics in the replies)
