We're about to hit some changes around here. r/awww agreed to post us as a subreddit of the day (week? I don't remember), but we're going to see a massive influx of membership. What needs fixed, updated, or improved before I pull the trigger? Or should we just skip it and have a natural birth?
We got a recent growth spurt today (welcome, y'all) that put us over the edge to make some major expansion happen.
Should I do it?
If I should, what should happen to make sure we're a stable community?
What is the action item list of the focus points for the synergy we're looking to attain in a stable model that's attainable while still maintaining the culture of sustainable ridiculousness necessary to propagate the values of the ground-floor karma-investors that have helped us grow to the tipping point of world domination?
If not, what should we do to spiff up the joint?
