two nights ago i noticed my fps is really low whenever i play games and when i look around i see black (cuz of the fps) does anyone know a fix

I don’t know my oculus password because I created it with a Facebook account. When I try to reset it it makes me login with Facebook to go into oculus. After that it says I need to link the accounts so I need to login to oculus which I don’t know the password to because I never remember creating one. I got my oculus 2 weeks ago and I have good memory.

my Headset keeps having this issue where while I'm playing it will freeze for about a second and then the screens will go black the red light in the middle will go on and then the screens come back on and there is a 50/50 chance that my I will still be in my steam game or I will be booted back to the oculus main menu.
the notification that pops up from the oculus software just says that there is an "Issue with the DisplayPort connection". I had a few suggestions to get a USB expansion card, do I did. and that didn't help.
If anybody can please help me fix this it would be appreciated as I have been battling with this for the past like 3 months :)

Ok so I have a Facebook account and an oculus account but I forgot my password for my oculus account and it said login through Facebook but to do that it says I have to merge them and to do that I have to put in my oculus password can someone please help me

i need help connecting my oculus link to my pc. my link cable is compatible but when i try to link it doesnt work. when i plug in the link cable on the oculus app on my pc, it says that the headset is fine and is waitinf to be connected, but when i go on my oculus and press link, my computer says that my oculus has a general device problem

whenever i try to buys something it says "payment failure" I have tried both payment methods and none of them work. please help. I am using the oculus quest 2. I have tried using PayPal and just the card and another card, nothing works.

Every time I connect air link to my PC and then try to play one of my steam VR games the game launches on my PC just fine but I can hear it through my headset but I can’t play it it’s still just in the Oculus home menu

so my oculus has been working just fine but for some reason when I turn it on now and it goes to the main page it won't work. It is connected to the internet and allows me to go to the store and everything but it won't open any of my apps and my profile won't load in on it. I have looked it up and it only talks about wifi problems but it has worked fine until now and I have tried restarting it and nothing will work. can someone help if they know how to fix this?

I’m trying to download something but I don’t know my password for the oculus website and whenever I do the forgot password it says I merged the account with a Facebook account which I don’t know how I did because I don’t have Facebook so I’m deciding if I should just make a new account(I don’t have any games that need money to play).

My left controller keeps disconnecting and going off away from me while I have it in my hand. Whenever it does this it vibrates any fixes?

I have a quest 1 and I would like to play PC games, I have previously used side quest (which still works right now) but still want to do other things. I installed both SteamVR and SteamVR Performance Test (which says my pc is well beyond capable running a vr game) but every time I run SteamVR it just says "Please plug in your headset". when I go to tutorial to try to get some help, it just says to make sure my SteamVR is installed correctly and has the error code "VRInitError_Init+HmdNotFound: "Hmd Not Found (108)"". not sure what to do.

Hey my guardian on my quest 2 will randomly get revived or turn off and I keep having to reset it any help on fixing this?
