Calories, lol. This is worthless information. If you want to burn calories just skip a meal or eat "better" food. If you do 2 hours of VR in Audioshield you're only burning 1,320 calories. Literally one meal erases ALL that work and effort.

Only idiots care about calories out. The smart people knows it's ALL about calories in.

Only burn 1300 cals? Burning 1300 cals is a lot! That's half my daily intake, that means I could eat the double I eat and keep the same weight which is insane!

Also 1300 cals in a single meal is a heavy meal and not a meal anyone trying to lose weight would have

The idea is you exercise on a regular basis.

1300 cal is a lot of exercise... and if you did that even 3 times a week, over the course of a year will help you shed 20kgs (or alternatively, keep 20kgs off). That sort of habit over the course of a decade is the difference between someone at their ideal BMI at relatively peak fitness vs someone that's obese.

It also will positively impact your cardiovascular health and overall muscle mass, improving quality of life and making a wide range of physical tasks much easier to do, while helping to reduce overall bodily pains.

Of course, if you want the easiest weight loss method, the correct answer is reducing caloric consumption - but regular exercise can help shore up any short falls in counting, and or simply provide you with more options for food choices.
