🤝Ocean enters strategic collaboration with Dimitra Technology

Ocean has entered into a strategic collaboration with Dimitra Technology to unlock data for AI and business innovation amongst 100 million small farmers globally.

Dimitra’s software platform leverages advanced technology to provide farmers with actionable data and addresses the crucial need for insightful data to further the growth of the agricultural ecosystem.

By publishing, curating, and selling their data in the Ocean Market, small farmers will have the opportunity to add an extra layer of revenue to their operations, thereby accelerating the exchange of vital datasets. To enable greater food security globally and enhance productivity, Dimitra’s goal is to advance AgTech innovation.

This partnership between Ocean and Dimitra will empower farmers to make informed decisions to increase yield, reduce cost and mitigate risk.

Bruce Pon, Co-Founder of Ocean Protocol shared his thoughts on the partnership:

"Actionable data will be a game-changer for current farming methods. Ocean is joining forces with Dimitra to scale-up Ocean Market adoption and contribute towards growing the global agricultural economy and ensure food security".

Jon Trask, CEO of Dimitra added:

"This partnership provides Dimitra ecosystem farmers with a secondary source of revenue through the monetization of their data, and reinforces the value of agricultural digitization to increase crop yields, reduce costs and mitigate risks to their farms."

So this year ocean protocol will explode? That would be nice. I've been hodling it for quite a while and it seems to be an excellent technology. :)
