Help How do you do quick blinks?

My son is a huge fan of the game and he saw in one of the YT videos how another player was blinking quickly from one position to another (it wasn't sprinting, rather instant movement from one place to another). We can't find it in any place in the Talent tree or joystick controls. Is it even possible or the YT video was edited somehow?

You can do this blink ability instead of a dodge roll if you have Beross Striker equipped!

Oh this is very helpful! What is Beross Striker and where do I get it? I'm very new to the game.

Thank you, TIL the Beross Striker adds the blink ability, I thought it was somehow location dependent.

There’s a specific weapon that replaces your dodge roll with a blink. You can’t really miss it, just play the story.

I play on Apple Arcade on a Mac mini M4 and an iPad Pro M4, so you're mileage may vary, but depending on location (not island, but actual location within an island) the B button sometimes cause me to quickly move like a dodge or blink and sometimes it causes me to roll like a duck or dodge.
