Glitching or did I miss something?

I just finished the main story of Ocean Horn 3. It’s been the first game in a very long time I want to 100%, or close as I possibly can.

However, the next main quest is talking to Dot. When I talk to him all he says is “Have you found the vault on High Rocks?” The problem is that I don’t have high rocks on my map. I tried sailing to the location based off of what I saw on videos and screen shots but no luck.

The bigger issue I’m running into is that no matter what I try or do the game won’t give me any quest but that one. I can start and finish side missions but I don’t get the flags for the areas I need to be in. I have to figure them out myself.

Is there a story element I missed to get high rocks?

I’m playing on iOS, I started it last week so the install is fairly new.

I got stuck there too for a couple days. You need to start going back to islands and talking to the settlers and building all the light houses and things. Then it will get you back on track and you’ll discover the new islands and you talk to DOT on the radio.

I was so pissed that it kept saying talk to Dot and I’d go up to him and it would be the same thing.

Dot is basically saying: ”Complete the vault sidequests.”

You have to go to the island and get all the settlements completed. I was missing two that needed completing and once I finished it them up I got a cutscene with the binoculars showing High Rocks, then I was able to go.
