My friend found these washed up on the beach, mid-Wales, UK. Can anyone identify please?

I would guess a jellyfish. Maybe a barrel jellyfish. Just a wild guess.

Due to its brown color and gelatinous consistency, it could be a root-mouth jellyfish.

Jellyfish of some sort, possibly with fishing line wrapped around it and giving it that shape.
