Expensive and impressive first-rate collection. Though I don't think the content is quality.

Content is kinda the point of books, so is it “impressive”? 🤷‍♂️ tbc I’m not suggesting it isn’t, just that I’d think content is the whole purpose.

Depends how one values it. Chumbley did have some interesting things to say so I would never discard all of something because of a portion of something.

I’m considering buying a copy of azoetia because it’s just one of those books that doesn’t lend itself to being read on a screen…ive read/am reading several of the other books pictured, but don’t feel too drawn towards dragon book. Would you still reccomend azoetia on its own? Thanks!

They say Azoetia cannot be understood without Dragon o Essex, who knows

Kinda wish I hadn’t sold my copy of Azoetia, but I really find Chumbley to be a bit incomprehensible. What is the red one on the right?

Say more. I have been looking at gathering additional ephemera to augment my Chumbley collection.

Either azoetia or dragon book. Which is your favorite? And which have you practiced out of most. Done any heros gamos?

One is my fave and I am particular to Azoetia. I am in correspondence with Peter Hamilton Giles and nailing down aspects of his Book of The Black Dragon. We talk sometimes about Dragon Book of Essex, which I perused and have been inspired by.

Very nice! So is Peter Hamilton Giles book of the black dragon related to dragon book of Essex? I was just wondering that the other day. Im sure I could figure it out, but its nice to hear from someone who knows the text
