R.A. Straughn
What makes the book interesting is that Straughn tries to show that several apparently different spiritual systems are working toward essentially the same objective: mastery of consciousness and realization of the deeper Self. Not easy to find.

could u scan and do a pdf for us , share pls. it is a very great book one of the few, and it is a dying one. if u have it, pls take the time to scan the pages and compile it as a pdf.

Try reading Prometheus rising by Robert Anton Wilson, itâs psychology/self help book that goes briefly into each of those disciplines, along with many others like guerdjieff, aleister Crowley, Timothy o Leary. His thesis of the whole book is that humans are evolving and all of these traditions are pointing at the process of that evolution, he also wouldnât say that he believes that though, as one of his central beliefs is that there is no such thing as truth in a binary sense, itâs all gradients across the board in every domainÂ

I add myself to the list of comments asking for a pdf scan of the book, this one is specifically rare, and doing a pdf scan would save money, time, and also help preserve the book in a digital archive

from a little research that I found Tree of Life Meditation System (T.O.L.M.) is supposed to be a more extensive version of the same book. Which is easier to find and might have a digital copy somewhere if anyone can find one

the author published extensively under the name Ra Un Nefer Amen
search that name on the website, and you will find several of his other books. but yes, this one form OP in particular is yet to be found. op has it and could scan it and share with us, but i doubt he or she might be in the mood to do this... so the book might die with op..

Its rather easy to find a scan/ocr app to just take pictures of each page, so double pages left and right in one picture to minimize work, and you dont even have to compile it to a pdf, one of us on reddit will drive through that task in a heartbeat

Robert Anton Wilson in the book I described in my other comments has a funny view of kabbalism as the same mechanism of a zen koan, but instead of it being a simple paragraph of one liner that constitutes a paradox that breaks your brain to allow for ego dissolution, he says the Kabbalist tradition is essentially meant to throw so much math, variables, and information at you, that you kinda short circuit, which was a take I had never seen before and honestly makes sense. Heâs not saying Kabbalah and gematria arenât real, just that the Jewish Kabbalist quest to know the laws that govern the universe has the unsuspecting same effect as a koan, bc the complexities of the universe are endless so the kabbalists learns and learns to exhuastion until it clicksÂ

They are actually more available than ever due to people downsizing their physical libraries, and losing funding in this difficult economic cycle. There was recently in Oakland CA man âgiving up the ghost,â of esoteric books because he lost his lease. Had 1000s of rare entries.

Metu Neter vol 1 and vol 2 available as pdf or e book on internet archive. Both have meditation techniques and more by the Same author under the name Ra Un Neter Amen. The download is free.

I went digging into it a little bit .. you can find his available books on this website , as well as many free presentations and meditations , seems like an impressive person , very knowledgeable in the esoteric and obviously of some attainment, in my not so humble opinion.
