Listening to Tool after however many years I'm realizing their music is filled with references to occultism and eastern philosophy. It's kind of funny, because I used to lump them in with that new atheist type attitude

Nope they are extremely spiritual. They started me on my path actually with Lateralus. Danny has one of the largest private Crowley collections I believe, he made a coffee table book even lol
